Best parking app ever!!! Easy to use, saves me much time and $ when I drive into Manhattan.

Ive been using this App for years and its saved me a ton of money. Its quick, accurate, and easy to use. I highly recommend to all my friends whenever theyre driving into NYC.

For some reasons the "best parking" app does not give any parking rates nor parking garages around International CT, NW, Washington, DC. Another app provides the info. This is supposed to be the best parking app! The nations capital ought be thoroughly covered in terms of parking garage. Work on the upgrade guys/gals! Aside from this, app is user friendly. It will be nicer if the content meets customers needs. Thanks

Prepaid for parking only to find out that parking was extremely cheaper than what they charged me. Tried contacted them with the email listed and was told that the email was not legit. While talking to the supervisor at the parking structure, they stated that they receive complaints daily about this company. Beware !!!!! Do your research first before using. Cause its apparent that it may work good for some and not for others. Contact the parking structure before purchasing and question them about parking. Had to Call my bank to get payments reversed. Paid at the parking structure. Save your money!!!!!

Only complaint- sometimes the garage will insist on a printed coupon or reservation, even though you clearly have it in the app- or got the coupon 5 minutes ago in the car! But thats the fault of the garage not updating their employees, not the app.

Great app. Easy to use. Never wrong about where to park. Couldnt live without it.

BestParking is the best. The customer services are superb, I saved money on monthly garage parking through this app. You will get extra 8% off the tax exemption when you renew next month parking. Overalls, I really enjoyed using this app. Very helpful

Someone from the app just called and first pretended to be from the garage in San Francisco - only when I pressed them did they admit they were from the app. The deal they were pushing for monthly was $150 over what I currently pay, and they were very vague about my options - trying to push me on a vip lot. The biggest offense is the person pretended to be calling from SF so I would feel I was talking to a local but had a New York accent and number - beware of calls from 646-535-4999!!
