Extra fees

Dont use this app. I was charged an extra $5 for a "reservation fee" for the two times I used this app for a parking. The cashier at the parking lot said it would have been cheaper if I didnt use the app and theres other apps that dont charge that fee. I contacted the company and they did nothing. Why use this app when its more costly and it doesnt save you any money? Use Spot Hero, it is a great app that doesnt charge any extra fees. The price you see is the price you get, no small or fine print of fees.
